Water Generation System

Water Inlet from Bore Well (Tested as per IS 10500).

Pre treatment for removal of suspended impurity and particles through multigrade filters (MGF).

Water passes through Softener followed by Ultra Filtration (UF) followed by pH correction and anti Scaling dosing.

Reverse osmosis is done through a double pass system of 10μ Cartridge filter

Water passes through Electronic Deionization and UV to comply with USP Standards for Purified Water. (Conductivity <1.3 uS/cm. Complying to Stage 1 at 25°c)

Purified water is used at various distribution points across the plant.

Purified Water is always maintained in a loop at a 25-30°c temperature.
